Combo Structures is a Melbourne structural shell contractor. We deliver basements, retention systems, piling and concrete structures — from excavation through to the final concrete finish — as a single, in-house scope.

Most projects divide the shell between separate subcontractors: one for excavation, another for piling, another for formwork, another for concrete. Every interface between them is a point at which programme slips and responsibility becomes unclear. We remove those interfaces. One directly employed team holds the whole scope, and one point of contact holds the programme.

We work in all ground conditions, from soft soil through to rock, and across the full range of structure types: multi-level basements, CFA piling and bored piers, capping beams, bulk and detailed excavation, rock drilling, shotcrete walls and ground anchors, post-tensioned and suspended slabs, footings, pads, columns, walls and stairs.

Our clients are builders, developers, architects, head contractors and superintendents across Melbourne and Victoria. We also undertake architecturally driven residential concrete — bold angles, sweeping curves and bespoke finishes, where engineering meets craftsmanship.
